REFUND POLICY

French Path Academy operates a limited refund policy.

Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be issued if:

• Requested within 7 days of program start

• No more than two live sessions attended

• Less than 10% of course materials accessed

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Missed classes

• Lack of participation

• Exam failure

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Changes in immigration policy or CRS score

Payment Plans

Payment plans are binding commitments and do not qualify for refunds once the refund window has passed.

PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

Communication Policy

All communication must occur through official French Path Academy channels. Direct contact with instructors outside approved platforms is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

Data Protection

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

Class Recordings

Classes are recorded by default for quality assurance and student review. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared.

Course Materials

All materials are licensed for individual use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.

CLASS ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Tutor Absence

If an instructor is unavailable, the session will be rescheduled.

Group Classes

Missed group sessions are not rescheduled. Recordings will be provided when available.

One-on-One Sessions

• Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

• Rescheduling depends on instructor availability

Limitations

Only a limited number of reschedules are permitted per student.

CLASS RECORDING CONSENT

All group classes might be recorded by default.
Students wishing to opt out must submit a written request before their scheduled class.

Continued enrollment constitutes consent to this policy.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

French Path Academy provides education and exam preparation only.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific TEF or TCF scores

• CRS score improvements

• Immigration outcomes

Student success depends on individual effort, attendance, practice, and exam conditions.
